UV-LED Spot Curing System
Awellcure's uv led spot curing system uses imported LED lamp beads, which have the advantages of high energy and stable light source. You can choose 1pc to 16pcs UVLED spot light source irradiation heads according to your needs. The UV LED Spot Curing Machine adopts intelligent control, the power is adjustable (0%-100%), and the irradiation time can be freely set. The equipment is small in size and easy to install, and can be used in conjunction with assembly line workshops. Four Wavelengths 365nm 385nm 395nm 405nm can be optioned for high power LED UV Spot Cure System.The irradiation time and the irradiation intensity can be independently adjustable for each UV LED head.The UV intensity is up to 18W/cm2. The UV light spot size can be changeable by replacing the optical lens. It is widely used for curing UV glue, UV adhesives and other UV light curable materials.
